GULF OF THAILAND (Sept. 8, 2021) USS Green Bay (LPD 20) sails in company with Royal Navy Thai frigates as a U.S Navy P-8 from Commander, Task Force 72 flies overhead during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) exercise. In its 27th year, the CARAT series is comprised of multinational exercises designed to enhance U.S. and partner navies' abilities to operate together in response to traditional and non-traditional maritime security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.
