(Nov. 4, 2021) Damage Controlman Fireman Deangelo Reynolds, from Fairview Heights, Ill., checks the batteries of a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) during a fast cruise aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). The fast cruise consists of equipment tests, simulations, scenarios, which refresh and train Sailors for underway periods.
