Joseph Clark, a member of the Cherokee Nation and the first Native-American U.S. Naval Academy graduate, to Kimberly Teehee, the Cherokee Nation delegate-designate to Congress, during a donation event at the Army and Navy Club (ANC) Washington, D.C., Nov. 12, 2021.
