ANNAPOLIS, Md. (Oct. 4, 2021) Sailors from Naval District Washington�s Ceremonial Guard place the urn of retired Vice Adm. Edward Carson Waller III in the U.S. Naval Academy Chapel. The Naval Academy honored Waller�s life with a funeral and committal service with military honors.
