Pierre Vandier, Midshipman 1st Class (senior) Benoit Gorgemans, and Midshipman 1st Class (senior) Lerouge Anatole lay the wreath at the French Monument which honors the French soldiers and sailors who were buried on the shores of College Creek during the Revolutionary War.
