Samuel Bell, commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Cheyenne (SSN 773), and Petty Officer 1st Class Edward Meffert represent the submarine in a parade in Cheyenne, Wyoming, during the city's Frontier Days celebration.
