Nate Carey, a flight paramedic with 3rd General Support Aviation Battalion, 10th Combat Aviation Brigade, at the start of a training exercise July 21 outside Bridgewater-Vaccaro Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) at Fort Drum. Roughly 60 Navy hospital corpsmen participated in Operation Commanding Force, the annual two-week training exercise.
