Mike Gilday provides remarks during a dedication ceremony for the USS Osprey ship's bell held at the U.S. Embassy in London, England, Aug. 18. USS Osprey (AM 56) was a Raven-class minesweeper that hit enemy mines the night before the invasion of Normandy.
