RIO DE JANEIRO (Sept. 8, 2022) U.S. Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Carlos Del Toro speaks with the Chiefs Mess aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Lassen (DDG 82) during a visit as part of UNITAS LXIII, Sept. 8, 2022. UNITAS is the world's longest-running maritime exercise.
