CNO Visits USS Higgins

YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 26, 2023) Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Gilday reenlists Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) during a visit to Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan, July 26. Gilday's visit to Japan is part of an ongoing trip to the Indo- Pacific to engage with service members and discuss expanding and strengthening maritime security efforts and interoperability with military and government leaders.
