FLTCM Delbert Terrell Speaks to VP-9 Sailors

OAK HARBOR, Wash. (Aug. 9, 2023) – Navy Personnel, Manpower, and Training Fleet Master Chief Delbert Terrell Jr. responds to a Sailor’s question during an all-hands call with Patrol Squadron Nine (VP-9), the “Golden Eagles,” at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island.
