Momsen is participating in Silent Forces Exercise, a U.S.-Peruvian bilateral exercise coordinated between Destroyer Squadron 40 and Peruvian Submarine Force that focuses on anti-submarine warfare proficiency against diesel submarines in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.
