SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 23, 2023) Cryptologic Technician (Collection) 3rd Class Theresa Scheff, from Milford, Pennsylvania, stands phone-talker watch on the forecastle aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105) during an underway replenishment with the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Big Horn (T-AO 198) in the South China Sea, Oct. 23, 2023.
