NAVAL BASE GUAM, Guam (Nov. 17, 2023) Personnel with Public Health Activity-Guam, Branch Clinic Apra Harbor and Naval Hospital Guam inspect a shipment of groceries at the Orote Point Commissary, Nov. 17, 2023. The shipment is the first of several high-priority grocery flights that will resupply Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) shelves at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB) and U.S. Naval Base Guam (NBG) over the next few days. Following the discovery of an insect infestation at base commissaries in Guam, Joint Region Marianas engaged DeCA leadership for immediate response.
