SECNAV Del Toro Emphasizes Importance of Service and Leadership to School Students in Miami

Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro visits Belen Jesuit Preparatory School in Miami, Feb. 9. During the visit, he toured the school’s Innovation Center, home to the school’s STEAM Program, and observed an engineering and design and innovation class. Secretary Del Toro also shared his personal journey and encouraged students to follow their passions, pursue lifelong learning, and consider serving their nation.
