Secretary Del Toro Delivers Keynote Address at WEST 2024

Secretary Carlos Del Toro receives a book from retired Rear Adm. Raymond A. Spicer, U.S. Naval Institute Chief Executive Officer and Publisher, following his keynote address at WEST 2024, Feb. 15. During his remarks, Secretary Del Toro emphasized that the Department of the Navy is holding companies accountable for poor performance and misconduct. Additionally, he has directed a deep dive into holding individuals accountable for chronic poor performance or misconduct.
