YOKOHAMA, Japan (May 22, 2024) Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Charlyn-Rhose Julio, assigned to the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), places an American flag at a memorial to U.S. service members buried at the Yokohama General Foreign Cemetery during a cleanup, May 22, 2024, in Yokohama, Japan. Founded in 1854 where one of Commodore Matthew C. Perry's Sailors was first buried, the five acre site is the final resting place for more than 4,200 people, including many U.S., British, and French service members.
