Jim Kilby, Vice Chief of Naval Operations, as he assumes all duties and responsibilities as commander from Rear Adm. Doug Verissimo, the outgoing commander of AIRLANT, during the change of command ceremony aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Verissimo was relieved by Brophy as the 36th commander.
