THE COUNTER-INTEL CAREER FIELD (0211) IS CURRENTLY UNDER A MANPOWER SHORTAGE AND IS SEEKING QUALIFIED MARINES TO LAT-MOVE INTO THIS SPECIALIZED MOS.
0211’S [OH-TWO-ELEVEN’S] PERFORM SENSITIVE AND COMPLEX INTEL OPERATIONS IN SUPPORT OF THE MAGTF’S [MAG-TAF’S] IN BOTH GARRISON AND DEPLOYED ENVIRONMENTS.
THEY IDENTIFY THREATS POSED BY HOSTILE ORGANIZATIONS AND PERSONS ENGAGED IN ESPIONAGE, SABOTAGE AND TERRORISM. COUNTER-INTEL ALSO GATHERS INFORMATION THROUGH METHODS SUCH AS INTERROGATION.
