Andersen hosts medical rodeo for 2024 Guam Wellness Innovative Readiness Training
Office of the Secretary of Defense Innovative Readiness Training (IRT)
Aug. 6, 2024 | 5:15
U.S. Air Force Reserve members attend a medical rodeo hosted by Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Aug. 7, 2024. During the Guam IRT mission, 147 service members completed over 5,500 hours of training, including 932 clinical hours. The dual mission, funded by the Department of Defense, provided a military training opportunity exclusive to the United States and its territories while also providing a pop-up clinic to provide locals with free basic medical, dental, and optometry needs.
