13th WMD-CST Conduct Maritime Emergency Training
Joint Force Headquarters - Rhode Island National Guard
Jan. 19, 2023 | 3:28
Sgt. Patrick Johns, 13th Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) Civil Support Team (CST), survey team member and Sgt. Gerson Candelaria, chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) specialist, conducts maritime emergency procedures training at the U.S. Naval War College, Newport, RI. With miles of coastline and various rivers within Rhode Island, members of the CST must have confidence in their skills and equipment should a man-overboard event take place.
