U.S. Marines with 3rd Littoral Combat team, 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division and Philippine Marines with Force Reconnaissance Group, Marine Battalion Landing Team 10, 4th Marine Brigade participate in a jungle survival class April 25, 2024 on Naval Base Camilo Osias, Philippines. U.S. Marines with 3rd LCT and Phillipine Marines with MBLT-10 are transported utilizing a U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk to Mavulis Island, Philippines while participating in the maritime key terrain security operations event of Balikatan 24, April 30-May 4, 2024. Balikatan 24 is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
