Indiana Gov. Eric J. Holcomb and Maj. Gen. Dale Lyles, Indiana's adjutant general, center help break ground on the Indiana National Guard Hamilton County Readiness Center in Atlanta, Indiana, Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023. The new facility, scheduled for completion in 2026, will house approximately 300 citizen-soldiers from three units, the 38th Sustainment Brigade, 38th Special Troops Battalion and the 338th Signal Company.
