Brigid Herrick, Walter Reed’s Chief Experience Officer, shared the importance and success of the “Human Experience Re-imagined” training course. The newly designed course which is the first-of-its-kind within the Military Health System, was designed and facilitated through the Chief Experience Office, focusing on improving both the experiences of health care workers and beneficiaries.
