Soldiers compete in a 4-day Best Medic competition on Feb. 11-14, 2025, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The competition, organized by the U.S. Army Medical Command, challenged Soldiers' medical expertise and physical endurance through demanding events, including a ruck march, stress shoot, obstacle course, medical knowledge testing lanes, and a written exam.
