Drinking Too Much: How Alcohol Affects Your Brain and Body
Defense Health Agency
July 27, 2021 | 1:00
Ever wonder what happens to your brain and body when you drink too much alcohol? Find out what drinking too much looks like versus drinking responsibly so that you can protect yourself and have a good time the next time you’re out.
Own Your Limits is a Defense Department (DOD) educational campaign, aligned to the Defense Health Agency, for the U.S. military. The mission of the campaign is to help Service members learn how to drink responsibly, if they choose to drink alcohol. The site supports the DOD’s efforts to build and sustain a ready and resilient force by providing resources and information to Service members so they can serve honorably and drink responsibly. Resources are also available for professionals who educate, support or work with Service members. Contact us for more information here: Caution-https://www.ownyourlimits.org/contact-us/.
