U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart in partnership with the Harriet R. Tubman Order of the Eastern Star hosted the first fall bazaar from Sept 8th to 11th, 2022, at Panzer Kaserne, Germany. Jeanette Mitchell, Army Substance Abuse Program Community Ready and Resilient Integrator, shared what to except at the bazaar. Retired Capt. Ellie Oschwald, U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart military spouse, explained how the bazaar is beneficial to those who may not travel as much as they desire.
