The Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE) has recently revised its clinical recommendation for the Management of Sleep Disturbances Following Concussion/Mild TBI: Guidance for Primary Care Management in Deployed and Non-Deployed Settings. This revision includes an improved, step-by-step guide for the diagnosis and management of sleep disturbances; and a fact sheet for service members and veterans who experience these disturbances with tips to improve sleep.
