EFMP hosted a yoga class for kids to celebrate national yoga day June 21, 2022, at U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart, Germany. The event included Mary Nhin, author, reading her book, Calm Ninja. Robin Forbes, Stuttgart Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation yoga instructor, explained how kids would be able to use yoga to help manage their emotions. Audrey Bowen, 10 years old, shared her favorite yoga positions. Mathilda Hale, 6 years old, shared how yoga made her feel.
