Radio Spot: Memorial Day Murph Challenge
AFN Humphreys
April 22, 2025 | 0:30
A 30-second spot about the upcoming Memorial Day Murph Challenge scheduled to take place May 2025 on Camp Humphreys, South Korea. The "Murph" challenge, named after fallen Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, consists of a one-mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and then a one-mile run again. This physical and mental journey brings together the community to honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for freedom. (U.S. Air Force audio by Senior Airman Colin Perkins)
