Qualifications Halted COVID 19
Defense Media Activity - Army Productions

Qualifications halted due to COVID-19
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Professional Military Education requirements have been halted
for Soldiers in the Advanced Leader Course and Senior Leader Course.
Affected Soldiers will enroll in those courses at a later date.
Soldiers must still pass their Army Physical Fitness Test to rank up.
However, they can use their last APFT score for these purposes.
This interim change is also applied to weapons qualifications.
If troops are fully qualified to promote, except for their PME requirements, they will receive a full
promotion.
Soldiers will have until their next rank to complete their required schooling.
