Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) is celebrating Patient Experience Week, 29 April - 3 May, 2024. "We couldn't be more excited than to take this opportunity and honor our staff for their commitment to ensuring we offer the best possible patient care experience to our beneficiaries. Additionally, 'Thank You!' to our beneficiaries for trusting us with your medical care," said Jennifer Deer, NMCSD Patient Relations department head. The mission of NMCSD is to prepare service members to deploy in support of operational forces, deliver high quality health care services, and shape the future of military medicine through education, training, and research. NMCSD employs more than 5,000 active-duty military personnel, civilians, and contractors in southern California to provide patients with world-class care anytime, anywhere. Anchored in Excellence, Committed to Health!
