The Civilian Marksmanship Program’s 2023 National Matches First Shot Ceremony is conducted at the Camp Perry Joint Training Center in Port Clinton Ohio, July 10, 2023. The National Matches attracts hundreds of service members and civilians to compete in elite-level pistol and rifle competitions for several weeks each summer.
