With traditional trick-or-treating on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions, MWR Rota teamed up with volunteers to bring candy to the families of Naval Station Rota. A parade of volunteers tossed candy to children in costume so they could celebrate Halloween while maintaining social distancing protocols.
