U.S. Air Force Airmen and Guam Fire Department firemen participate in the final exercise of the Tactical Combat Casualty Care training, taught by U.S. Navy and U.S.A.F. instructors during the 2024 Guam Wellness Innovative Readiness Training mission, Santa Rita, Guam, Aug. 8, 2024. In partnership with local organizations, the IRT mission offers essential hands-on training to military personnel as well as crucial medical services to the underserved communities on the island.
