A naval officer since 1991, plank owner of the information professional community and two-time recipient of the Copernicus Award, Rear Adm. Susan BryerJoyner currently serves as deputy director, command, control, communications, and computer/cyber systems, J-6, Joint Staff (2023). She deployed to the High North for the Navy’s first Dynamic Force Employment deployment, and has additional deployments to the Mediterranean, Arabian Sea, Indo-Pacific, and Iraq, in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom and Tomodachi.
