Master Chief Navy Counselor Kimberly Cedar serves as the Reserve Force career counselor at Navy Reserve Forces Command (2023). She is responsible for training and mentoring all 250 career counselors across the Navy Reserve force, while simultaneously serving as an inspiration to women at every leadership level.
