Helen Kim currently serves as a congressional analyst in the OPNAV N80 programming division (2023), where she co-founded and oversees the OPNAV fiscal alignment, coordination, and engagement team responsible for strategic fiscal communication and congressional testimony. Kim is a recognized leader in team building across OPNAV. She has been teaching Congressional 101 training since 2012. In 2017, she created and continues to manage the OPNAV N8 Peer-to-Peer Training Program, which delivers relevant and timely training to enhance fundamental knowledge across the Navy team. Kim began her career with the Navy as a U.S. Presidential Management Fellow, and received the Navy Superior Civilian Service Award in 2022. She is a trailblazing leader in teleworking excellence.
