Rear Admiral Scott Fuller

Rear Adm. Fuller is a native of Lockport, New York.  He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Rochester and was designated a naval flight officer in March 1993.  He also holds a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
Fuller completed operational assignments flying the P-3C Orion with Patrol Squadron (VP) 16 based in Jacksonville, Florida, as well as with VP-92 Brunswick, Maine and VP-62 Jacksonville, Florida.

Fuller’s command tours include officer in charge, VP-92; commanding officer VP-62 and commanding officer Naval Air Facility Washington, District of Columbia at Joint Base Andrews.

His staff and shore assignments include VP-30 as a fleet replacement instructor; Reserve ASW Training Center, director of training; OPNAV N88,; Aviation Training Resources section head; OPNAV N84  branch head for Science and Technology requirements; a fellow on the Chief of Staff of the Army’s Strategic Studies Group; chief of staff for Commander Naval Air Force Reserve; and most recently, as  reserve deputy director and executive assistant for Reserve Director, Warfare Systems (OPNAV N9RB). 
His previous flag assignment was as the reserve deputy director, Warfare Systems Directorate, N9R, on the office of the Chief of the Navy Operations.

His military awards include the Legion of Merit (three awards), Meritorious Service Medal (four awards), and various unit and campaign awards.
