At approximately 12 p.m. local time April 2, 2022, USS Louisiana (SSBN 743) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, in Bremerton, Washington, experienced a problem in the forward crew access compartment while conducting a routine compartment air test.
