After a tremendous effort Navy finished with a 3-3 record coming in second place to Air Force, who won the gold.

Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Jennifer Thai led this year's All-Navy Volleyball team, providing defensive skills that proved essential to her team's overall success.

Having played volleyball for 18 years, competing with the All-Navy women's team has been one of Thai's highest volleyball achievements.

"Competing in the All-Armed Forces tournament has been an amazing experience because the Navy has given me the opportunity to play the sport that I love and am passionate about," said Thai.

Thai's proven dedication and commitment to her teammates and the sport exemplify the Navy's standard of excellence.

Her talent for the game surpasses the talent of many others, allowing her to compete for the Navy. This is the third year that Thai competed in the All-Armed Forces volleyball championship.

"It's good to see that over time our talent has grown and allows us to compete on a level that exceeds most. This is the first time in my three years competing that we've been able to receive a medal. It was such a great accomplishment, and having this experience to play and take home a medal with my teammates and coaching staff has been epic," said Thai.
