Commander, U.S. 6th Fleet, Vice Adm. James Foggo III visited the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) Oct. 13, 2016.

Foggo arrived aboard the Ross accompanied by French Commander in Chief of the Mediterranean, Vice Adm. Charles Du Che and French Rear Adm. Bernard-Antoine Morio de I'Isle. While aboard Foggo toured the ship, spoke with the crew, presented awards and took part in a cake cutting ceremony in celebration of the Navy's 241st birthday.
