The Navy announced today that BUPERS On-line (BOL) will undergo a needed two-week maintenance and tech refresh starting Dec. 16.

There will be a number of important upgrades that will be accomplished during this refresh and Sailors will likely experience some intermittent BOL system outages, which could last two or three days per system while being updated. The Navy anticipates BOL will be fully back online Jan. 3.
This update however, may not allow some units and Sailors to access BOL via Internet Explorer that use Windows XP. Those Sailors are encouraged to use Firefox as their primary browser for BOL access.
