Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Marianas awarded a $28.5 million indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract modification, Oct. 31, to Wolf Creek Federal Services Inc., for base operations support services at military installations on Guam.

This contract modification enables Wolf Creek Federal Services Inc. to continue providing management and housing operations to maintain and repair family housing units and unaccompanied housing units, and provide all services, maintenance and change of occupancy maintenance in all family housing units and unaccompanied housing for service members stationed on Naval Base Guam and Andersen Air Force Base.

"In light of the frequency of transfers and new assignments, and the anticipated increase in military activity on island, these housing services are essential to support quality of life and our joint regional mission," said NAVFAC Marianas Operations Officer Cmdr. Warren LeBeau.

Following the award of this contract modification, the total cumulative contract value is $130 million. Work is expected to be completed by October 2016.
