NAVFAC Pacific Awards $100 Million Contract for Infrastructure Development Work in the Pacific

NAVFAC Pacific awarded today a $100 million architect-engineer contract to ASMD LLC, of Honolulu, Hawaii, for design and engineering services for the development of infrastructure and facilities at various locations within the NAVFAC Pacific area of operations.

Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific awarded today a $100 million indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity architect-engineer contract to ASMD LLC, of Honolulu, Hawaii, for design and engineering services for the development of infrastructure and facilities covered by the Defense Policy Review Initiative at various locations within the NAVFAC Pacific area of operations.

The work to be performed provides for design and engineering services; plans and specifications including design-build request for proposal contract documents and design-bid-build contract documents; technical surveys and reports including engineering investigation, site investigation, topographical survey, geotechnical investigation, and munitions of explosive concern investigation; functional analysis concept development/design charrettes; construction cost estimates, and post construction award services.

Work will be performed at various Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and other government facilities in Hawaii, Guam, U.S.A, and may include work in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands.

The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of July 2025.

Services for this contract are funded by both the Government of Japan Mamizu funds and U.S. funds.
