NAVFAC Pacific Awards $15 Million Contract for Work on Guam

Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific awarded today a $15 million firm-fixed price contract to Nan, Inc. of Honolulu, Hawaii for the construction of an ordnance operations facility at Andersen Air Force Base on Guam.

Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific awarded today a $15 million firm-fixed price contract to Nan, Inc. of Honolulu, Hawaii for the construction of an ordnance operations facility at Andersen Air Force Base on Guam.

The work includes construction of a low-rise, one-story reinforced concrete ordnance operations building, which includes administrative spaces to support United States Marine Corps ordnance operations within the area compound. This project also constructs a low-rise, one-story reinforced concrete inert storehouse.

Work will be performed in Yigo, Guam and is expected to be completed by December 2021. The contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with three proposals received.
