Training Support Center (TSC) Great Lakes held a frocking ceremony for Sailors being advanced to 1st and 2nd class petty officers May 30.

Advancing as petty officers were Navy Military Training Instructor (NMTI) Gas Turbine Systems Technician Electrical 1st Class Christopher Bledsoe, NMTI Fire Controlman 1st Class Lupetaliaami, NMTI Fire Controlman 1st Class Camerareon Myatt, NMTI Fire Controlman 1st Class Deryl Owens, NMTI Fire Controlman 1st Class Brandon Welch, NMTI Yeoman 2nd Class Gennesis Hernandez

"One of the most exciting and proudest moments in the Navy is seeing hard working Sailors advance, and automatically accepting greater authority, trust and responsibility," said TSC Commanding Officer Capt. David Dwyer. "Our Sailors continue to impress me with their enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment to doing things right while executing our vital mission. Congratulations goes out to them on accomplishing this significant milestone in their career."
