Naval Hospital Jacksonville Physician Elected to National Board of Directors

Lt. Cmdr. Kevin Bernstein, Naval Branch Health Clinic Mayport senior medical officer, has been elected to the Uniformed Services Academy of Family Physicians' board of directors.

Lt. Cmdr. Kevin Bernstein, Naval Branch Health Clinic Mayport senior medical officer, has been elected to the Uniformed Services Academy of Family Physicians' (USAFP) board of directors, as a Navy director.

Bernstein will represent over 2,500 uniformed family medicine physicians from the Navy, Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard. 

USAFP’s mission is to support and develop uniformed family physicians, while advancing health, readiness, and wellness through education, scholarship, advocacy, and leadership.

He will be sworn in for a three year term at the upcoming USAFP Annual Meeting, in St. Louis, Missouri, next month.
