NAVSUP Reform is Highlighted in New Video - https://youtu.be/yk8_mk7MTy0

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) is reforming by adapting to a faster-paced, more complex, and increasingly competitive security environment.

Behind these efforts is NAVSUP employees’ drive and innovation to ensure our customers what they need when they need it. NAVSUP is highlighting this momentum in its newest reform video (https://youtu.be/yk8_mk7MTy0), which focuses on employees’ performance to increase the Navy’s readiness and lethality while ensuring our process updates meet auditability requirements and standards.

NAVSUP Commander Rear Adm. Michelle C. Skubic emphasized, "We work this together as a team."  She added, "[W]e are becoming more agile and competing in ways that are sustainable and ready to control the high end of maritime conflict...  Using enhanced processes and new technologies, we will support our warfighters faster and more efficiently... NAVSUP will always be ready to serve, ready to sustain the fight and ready for sea."

"NAVSUP has always had smart people.  People know what needs to be done, what needs to be changed," said NAVSUP Vice Commander Michael T. Madden.

NAVSUP employees have been diving deeper into integrated logistics, strategic supplier management, forecasting, customer presence, and responsive contracting, to discover new, more efficient, and more effective ways of doing business.

The new NAVSUP reform video features insights from some of the people who are implementing our reform program; Lt. Cmdr. Abe Cook, Integrated Weapons Systems Team Director, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS); Jacob Segal, Contracting Officer, NAVSUP WSS; Dyan Hooper, Program Manager, NAVSUP WSS; and Mike Johnson, Director, Industrial Support, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk.
