Training Support Center (TSC) Great Lakes awarded 4th quarter Instructors of the Quarter and Sailors of the Quarter, and 3rd quarter Civilians of the Quarter during a ceremony, Oct. 26.
TSC Command Master Chief Randy Reid said the boards were highly competitive for the Navy military training instructors (NMTIs), reflecting the high quality and commitment to excellence demonstrated at the command.
"My most sincere praise and gratitude is extended to all of our outstanding candidates," Reid said. "All awardees epitomize our Navy's core values, and are outstanding representatives of TSC Great Lakes. They are constantly raising the bar with their work ethic and motivation."
The civilian of the quarter selection board reviewed submissions from a large number of very qualified candidates.
“Mr. Johnson's and Mr. Cashman's daily dedication to achieving the command's mission is what we have come to expect from the TSC civilians,” said Mike Bilak, executive director of TSC. “Their recognition as Senior and Junior Civilian of the Quarter is well deserved and serves as a reminder of the work and achievements of the dedicated team of military and civilians at TSC.”
